Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 June 2026
These terms govern your use of Donation360. By creating a fundraiser, making a donation, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Donation360 provides tools for creators to publish fundraising causes and for supporters to donate to them. We provide the technology platform; creators are responsible for their own causes and for using funds for the stated purpose.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- Creators identify as a personal, organisation, business or charity creator. Recurring donation schedules are only available to organisation, business and charity creators.
3. Creating fundraisers
- Your cause must be lawful, accurate and not misleading.
- You must have the right to use any images, videos and other content you upload.
- You must not use the platform for prohibited purposes, including fraud, illegal activity, or causes that promote hatred or violence.
4. Donations
- Donations are voluntary contributions made to a chosen cause.
- Donors may give once or, where a creator enables it, set up a recurring weekly or monthly donation schedule.
- Donors can choose to donate anonymously and to provide an email address solely to receive a receipt.
- Unless required by law, donations are non-refundable once processed. Refund queries should be raised with us via the support centre.
5. Withdrawals
Creators may request a partial withdrawal or end a cause and withdraw the available balance. Withdrawal requests are sent to our support centre for processing and review before any funds are released. We may hold or decline a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, error or a breach of these terms.
6. Fees
Any platform or processing fees that apply to a transaction will be made clear before you confirm it. Where no fee is shown, none applies to that transaction.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, upload harmful content, or interfere with its security or operation. We may suspend or remove accounts and causes that breach these terms.
8. Liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of creators or donors, for how funds are ultimately used by a creator, or for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
